In Ukraine, enterprises affected by Russian strikes have been exempted from inspections

The Cabinet of Ministers has exempted from inspections the property of enterprises affected by Russian shelling. This was reported by Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko, as conveyed by UNN.

To accelerate restoration work, the government has exempted from inspections the property of enterprises affected by Russian shelling – Svyrydenko reported.

From now on, inspections will not be conducted regarding real estate that:

  • has been destroyed or damaged as a result of hostilities;
  • is located in areas of active or possible hostilities or temporarily occupied territories;
  • is situated on lands of risky farming or territories contaminated or likely contaminated with explosive objects.

Thus, tens of thousands of objects that fall under these criteria will not be subject to inspections. Businesses will be able to focus on restoration rather than going through control procedures. At the same time, state control is maintained where it concerns people’s lives and health, environmental protection, state security, and the fulfillment of international obligations – the Prime Minister added.
